Changes:

-Lowered max size of Tin ore veins

-Removed Quartz to Nether Quartz Recipe

-Removed Nether Quartz to Quartz Recipe

-Tweaked Creative Inventory

-Block of Dragon Scales can now power a Beacon

-Dragonrite Ore can now be smelted in a furnace

-Ancient Dragon Scales can now be smelted in a  furnace
