Oremageddon

Backported from 1.16.1 with a few minor changes:

• Fully backported Basalt & Blackstone, both used in Volcanic Caves (added in 1.16)
• Block Wand modification and Platemail now use crafting grid (no Smithing Table functionality in 1.15)
• Technocrown is now a 1% drop from Zombie Pigmen (no bartering system in 1.15)
• Removed advancements for using Name, Identifier & Reset Tags (relied upon triggered introduced in 1.16)
• Silk Blocks can no longer be mined faster with a Hoe (hoe mining speed bonus introduced in 1.16)
• Edenite & Cryolite blocks can no longer power beacons (block tag introduced in 1.16)
• Mobs are not afraid of sulphur powder or hot floor blocks (block tag introduced in 1.16)
• Nether Brick blocks do not have infiniburn properties (block tag introduced in 1.16)
• Void Totem and Void Edge use slightly different particles (‘reverse_portal’ introduced in 1.16)
• Soul Bead use smoke particles (soul particles introduced in 1.16)
