Ore Veines+ 0.0.15

- Fixed modded ores generating in incorrect dimensions, including custom-dimension ores appearing in the Overworld.

- Automatic ore discovery no longer creates independent world generation.

- Ore Veines+ now only enhances an ore when its original OreFeature is already generating

- Added fail-safe migration for old automatically generated config entries.

- Old automatic dimension, biome and height settings are now ignored and removed.

- Added explicit config provenance for automatic, migrated and manual entries.

- Only entries marked as MANUAL can use custom Ore Veines+ placement.

- Added protection against duplicate and recursive native ore enhancement.

- Added regression tests for Overworld, Nether, End and custom-dimension ores.
