IMPORTANT NEW FEATURE!

To the end of any entry in the "Options Enforcement" field, you can append the term
|default
and the option will ONLY be applied IF THERE ISN'T A VALUE ALREADY.

Example:
options.txt|key_key.sprint:42|default
will change Sprint to be Left Shift on a new install of the pack, but ONLY if the pack has never been launched before. That way, fresh installs of the pack will set Sprint to Left Shift, but subsequent launches of the pack will keep whatever binding the user chose.
