Very late-game weapon. Don't expect an obtainment outside of creative anytime soon. Have fun.

SYMBOL SYSTEM:
- Added a complete "language" of symbols for the mod. These will be used for weapon descriptions, structures, books, etc. 
- All current weapons have these already implemented. I'll be doing this for all future weapons as well. Good luck decoding them!

Internally:

- Complete shader system built. I'll be adding these to older weapons, boss attacks, and future events.
- Attribute System. You can see this with Toll. Nothing too crazy, but it lets me do attribute editing a bit easier.
