What's new

Fixes running with OptiFine's H series of releases, Fabric Loader 0.12+, and hopefully zip issues where a failure to install requires manual intervention to run.

Designed for 1.16.1, 1.16.2, 1.16.3, 1.16.4, 1.16.5, 21w08b, 1.17-pre4, 1.17 and 1.17.1; any problems should be reported so they can be fixed.
