The config files are tweaked, so make sure to remove the old config files

- Totally remake the events registry (the original is in a mess)

- Inject into Neat (is a mod by vazkii) to resolve its potential Fps issue on config blacklist.

- Disable Modern UI tooltip in its config automatically if you install Legendary Tooltip

- Tweak Ars Nouveau mixin to make it api-friendly

- Fix server side crash

- Give more exception info when json config failed to load.

This update is supported by dortre who manage to report issues in LPS discord (thanks chorb to inform me), otherwise I will not release this.

tbh I'm not interested in Minecraft-related development and don't wanna touch it currently.
