Started to work on Patchouli support for the new Manual

Ported Items: Circuit Board, Iron and Steel Component, Coke Grit, HOP Graphite Grit, Hemp Fabric and Fibers, and Vacuum Tube.

Started to rename some items to use {prefix}_name instead of name_{prefix} to be more consistent with other names. Ex: iron_grit becomes grit_iron
