OTG 1.16.5-0.1.8 for PaperSpigot and Forge

Note: This is a beta release so we're still adding features, 1.0.0 will be the first full-featured release.

Changelog

- Mixins auto-detect conflicts and disable themselves, fixes crashes with RoadRunner(MeepMeep) and Performant.

* Lycanites + Repurposed Structures causes a freeze if presets include biomes that never spawn but add RS structures. 
* This can be fixed by excluding nether/end biomes from overworld presets (and vice versa) via WorldConfig TemplateBiomes.
* Presets will be updated a.s.a.p. Once Lycanites updates, this problem should be fixed completely.
