More Powerful Gemstones

Adds 3 dimensions with a total of 27 mineable gemstones and 13 more made from fusion!
Other than 1.16.5:
This mod adds a total of 40 New gemstones! These are spread across 3 new dimensions as 27 mineable gems, the other 13 need to be crafted by fusing the other gems together. Each facet has 9 mineable gems which through fusion gives 3 then 1. This is repeated across each dimension to lastly make the most powerful gemstone. Each gemstone has an effect they give when their full armor set is worn and a contrasting negative debuff from their weapons & tools.
The overworld has a new mob & each new dimension has two different mobs that will be making time in that dimension difficult, and a boss which can be fought through a summoning item.
Each gem also has an accompanying ring which, most of, can be made from 10 of its blocks and the appropriate type of ring. They give the effect of the armor by just being in your inventory! These have to be crafted in a Hydraulic press, but because I haven't incorporated it into jei you can find the recipes near the bottom of the page.
please please please use jei, I've added advancements to help clear up confusion but it's not perfect.
With this new update I've added a lot but also taken out some content as well so for those who have played this before you'll definitely notice some things not being here anymore.

I haven't gone through the trouble of making my custom crafting table compatible with jei yet so here I have put how the recipes work here. Teir 1 gems are first then Tier 2 & so on
