Op-Commands

New Features:
- Added /mute and /unmute to manage player chat access.
- Added /rtp command (similar to /tprandom).
- Added /nickchat to allow nickname modifications (in chat only).
- You can now explicitly disable flight using /fly disabled.
- Expanded the /gamemode command shortcuts. Added support for c, s, sp, a, as well as numbers 0, 1, 2, and 3.
- Added gamerule : "doHomeCommandsWork". This gamerule allows server administrators to enable or disable all home commands (/home, /sethome, /delhome, and /listhome).

Bug Fixes:
- Fixed an issue with /tprandom (and /rtp) where players could accidentally suffocate by teleporting inside blocks/underground.
