-Added Arnament and King haki (H and K button)
The player's royal haki is randomly selected at birth, it's canon after all:)
Arnament and Observation haki can be awakened by raising the level.
At the moment, the arnament haki and royal hakil can be filled weapons, also implemented a time limit on the use haki , cooldown time depends on the level of the player.
-Added also hacky bits, with them really the effect of filling weapons looks cooler
P. S. Observation haki is not far off, I will add as soon as I figure out how to realize the effects of it :)
-New logic of spawned Shanks and Monkey D Dragon
- Devil fruits users avoid falling into the water
