OmniCompass

General changes:

• added client config
• compass tooltip now includes its selected target
• added compass overlay, which displays selected target’s name, the distance and its position
• target position display can be disabled in both common and client configs, with common config taking the higher priority
• overlay in the column mode supports horizontal and vertical alignment

Technical changes:

• added custom data components for the stored compass targets
• conditions are now optional for biome and structure targets
• biome and structure targets now support biome and structure tags
• compass target cache is now properly cleared on world reload
