Added Omni Proxy Remote

The third item to join the Omni Proxy family.

-Use it on a placed Omni Grid to link.
-Once linked, you can use it like a Wireless Grid to access the Omni Grid GUI remotely. Access your storage and configure commands remotely.
-Shift left-clicking blocks with the Omni Proxy Remote can register Remote Block targets on the linked Omni Grids behalf. Be aware Remote Block Target range is still dependant on the placed Omni Grids position, not your position when using the remote.

Usage Requirements:

-Linked Omni Grid is placed. Doesnt work if its in your inventory.
-Placed Omni Grid must be in an area you are allowed to interact with (cant be in a chunk claimed by someone else)
-Is loaded, chunkloading works
-In range of the linked Omni Grid. By default this is 16, +16 per range upgrade. If the linked Omni Grid has a Universal Proxy Accessor, the range requirement is skipped.

Holding the Omni Remote Proxy while linked will show the transfer effect over the linked Omni Grid constantly so you know whats linked to what.

Beware, while the remote does not use power, it uses power from the linked Omni Grid instead albiet slowly while the menu is open.
