Omni Grid

The "Fix and Disk" update or something idk I dont work for Mojang.

The ability for the Omni Grid to deposit excess energy into storage and use it for tasks has been relagated to an Omni Utility Core.

Reasoning:

1. The ability for a RS2 network to use energy from storage to power itself is with the Network Energizer, rather than an inherent feature like in the Omni Grids previous state.

2. This function isnt publically known or immedietely obvious, so having a core explain it makes players aware of it.

3. Players may not want the Omni Grid to deposit energy into storage. For example, if they have an Omni Grid and other devices in their inventory and recieving FE from a battery, they may want the other devices charged rather than the Omni Grid eating up all the energy by putting it all in storage. By restricting it to a core, this feature is optional.

Added Omni Energy Breaker

Cheap utility core that pauses commands and autocrafting when the Omni Grids internal energy drops below 20%, preventing further energy consumption. This is useful for preventing the Omni Grid running out of power while running commands, lokcing you out of your storage. 

Added Omni Proxy Disk

In a recent update the Omni Storage Proxy was added, allowing RS2 networks to access an Omni Grids storage. The Omni Proxy Disk works similarly but shares storage between Omni Grids.

To link it, put it in an Omni Grids utility slot then remove it. Once linked, put it in another Omni Grids disk slot and it will have access to the linked Omni Grids storage.

Much like the Omni Storage Proxy, the disk version has a limited range and requires both Omni Grid storages to be loaded to use. Range is increased by range upgrades and adjustable in config.

Added Universal Proxy Accessor

Removes an Omni Grids range limitation for Omni Storage Proxy and Proxy Disks, making the only limitation that both ends are loaded, similar to Ender Storage. Like other strong utility cores, this has an expensive crafting cost and can be disabled in config.

Fixes:

-Omni Grids in block form with an energy disk and recieving energy now correctly deposits excess energy into storage (with Energy Handler core added this update)

-Fixed an issue saving commands in block form

-Grid GUI correctly syncs immedietly when a disk is removed/inserted in block form.

-Clicking on a tab in the GUI while holding an item no longer drops the item

-Right-clicking an Omni Storage Proxy without an Omni Grid equipped displays whats linked and its current range.

-Hovering the Digital Furnaces fuel bar shows the % of fuel remaining.

-Fixed an issue where Core Cartridges couldnt have utility cores inserted. If you have one of these bugged cartridges, put it in your inventory and it will be automatically fixed.
