Omni Grid

-Fixed a bug with regulate in configuration panel. 

-Remote block targets can now correctly be cleared with right-click again

 -When the Omni Grid is connected to a RS2 network, the network can access ALL of an Omni Grids storage, including external storages and resource printers if present (cobble/water).

 
-Connecting to a RS2 network requires Omni Storage Core, made from Disk Drive. Was given for free in the last update if you crafted the Omni Grid with the higher crafting cost. 


Added Omni Storage Proxy Block

Place it in a RS2 network. Allows an Omni Grid to grant the network access to its storage remotely.

To link an Omni Grid, simply right-click the Omni Storage Proxy Block with it. Only one Omni Grid can be linked per Proxy Block, but an Omni Grid can be linked to unlimited Proxy Blocks.

Requirements:
-Omni Grid requires an Omni Storage Core installed to share storage with networks.
-The linked Omni Grid must either be in a players inventory or placed in a chunk loaded area.
-Must be in range of the Storage Proxy Block. Range can be configured and increased via range upgrades in the linked Omni Grid.
-Storage Proxy must be in a loaded chunk.

Config options:
-Energy consumption per tick when connected to network. Default 10
-Make energy consumption affected by linked Omni Grids range upgrades. Default true
-Make energy consumption affected by linked Omni Grids energy upgrades. Default true
-Range the Omni Grid needs to be within of the storage proxy to work. Default 16
-Extra block range per range upgrade in Omni Grid. Default 16
