Lots new of additions and fixes
-The Omni Grids internal storage has been consolidated to reduce memory consumption and better resource sync in the gui.
-Storage Monitor core now works with block form and when in a RS2 Curios slot.
-Push/Pull work with any resource type.
-Added a "Pre-Completed" Omni Grid to creative tab. Its an Omni Grid that is fully charged and upgraded, incase you just want to play around with all functions in creative.
Major Changes:
External Storage Rework
-Works in item form
-Works with any resource, including from addons. Not just items and fluid
-Works with remote block targets (both item and block forms)
If no resource is configured, you can view and extract anything from that external storage whatever you want, but cannot insert. The reason for this design choice is so you dont say, put an important item in your Omni Grid, move elsewhere, then be unable to find that important item in Omni Grids storage because it put that important item in an external storage it can no longer access.
If a resource is configured, inserting/extracting from the Omni Grid is done between that container and prioritized over disks. This is great if you have a container dedicated to mass storing a specific resource, such as a drawer. So you could put say, 100K diamonds in a drawer and automatically take/deposit diamonds from it remotely via Omni Grids external storage and remote block target without 100K diamonds clogging your Omni Grids disks.
Added Player Constructor Core
When installed and in item form, configuring a push action with a block item and direction will make the Omni Grid place blocks in game. By configuring the direction to down, you can effectively auto bridge. Excellent for building as you can just run where you want to place blocks, but very expensive to craft. Its an end game utility core.
Added Overclocker
Consumable item that increases an Omni Grids processing rate temporarily, and increases energy consumption. A permanent stronger version is also craftable but costs vastly more.
Added Block Picker utility core, and locked the Block Picker functionality behind it.
The ability for Block Picker to take items from the Omni Grid storage was a requested feature, but other players complained about unintentionally inserting and depositing into Omni Grids storage when they dont want such as middle clicking with other mods. As a middle ground, you can use this function by installing the Block Picket Utility core. Its not particularly expensive to craft.
Added Omni Limiter and its inverted counterpart
Makes the Omni Grid in item form only run tasks while its equipped. Useful if you want to quickly enable/disable commands.
Added Omni Grid Preset
Place in an Omni Grids utility slot to save its command configuration. To load the configuration, use the Omni Grid Preset item while an Omni Grid is in your inventory, or shift-click a placed Omni Grid.
Added Core Cartridges
Need more utility slots? Theres too many utility cores and not enough space in the Omni Grid gui for me to add any more slots, but you can craft a Core Cartridge to open up space.
Core Cartridges act as bundles that can store utility cores. Placing a Core Cartridge in an Omni Grids utility slot will apply all stored utility cores to the Omni Grid. Be aware not all items that can be placed in utility slots are utility cores (but most are). Crafting Patterns and Omni Regulators are not utility cores, but curio cores, fire extinguisher, campfire, resource printers, and sponge all are. Utility cores will clearly state they are when hovered with shift.
Core Cartridges when crafted can store 3 utility cores, a net increase of 2. You can further upgrade it to store up to 15.
