DEEP END [4.0]
The Deep End mod focuses on adding fun fishing content throughout, but also nether and ender-based fishing. Adds new content to the end that is further explained below, including a new enemy, new neutral mob, new structures and tools.
The entire mod is highly configurable, so you can easily disable parts you don't like, or tweak difficulty, spawn rates, drop rates, crate rates, etc.

Compatability
Compatibility with other mods that aim to revamp the End should be more than fine, since this mod's world generation content lives underneath the End islands, meaning it doesn't compete for space with other mods and stands as it's own thing.

Fishing Crates!
Adds different fishable crates that can be opened with Right Click that have their own GUI for taking the items out (no items can be put in as to create backpack-like abuse). Items can also be added to the inventory instantly by shift+right clicking.
Crates come equiped with complete JEI integration to see the possible loot from each crate. TConstruct materials are added to appropriate crates when enabled.
New Void Ocean below the End Islands

Covered in strange moss and plants and contains a new Ore and Materials (Optional T-Construct material added too!)

Void Fishing
Craft yourself a Ender fishing rod, a special fishing rod that can fish in the void surface down deep down in the end.
It's mostly kelp and chorus fruit, with the occasional ender pearl, Warped Fish do bite but rarely.
To make your fishing rod more attractive for Warped Fish you can apply Luminescence to it to charge the rod, which drops from jelly fish and the Angler. This greatly increases the odds of fishing up warped fish.
Note: Since 3.0.0 fishing rods no longer break by dissapearing from your inventory and instead enter a broken state, the rods can be repaired with ender pearls in an anvil.

Cast away into the Void Surface!

Ender Fishing Rods get Rune Modifiers instead of enchants!
Find Runic Altars to get random free runes!
Runes can also be aquired from either elderman bartering or warped crates.
There are 10 unique runes all with different effects for improving your void fishing experience. Each rune goes up to a max of level II.
Each level of a rune costs one modifier slot, to a maximum of 5.
A Runic Altar is a one time use only and is either applied directly to a void fishing rod or to an empty rune and costs experience.
Empty Rune (6 Void Stone):
Types of runes:
Angling
Level I: Reduces bite time (similar to minecraft's lure).
Level II: More bite time reduction, also when timing the pull perfectly has a chance to give extra loot
Luminance:
Level I: Adds +50% Max Charge and +50% Charge aplied to fishing rod.
Level II: Adds +100% Max Charge and +100% Charge aplied to fishing rod, additionally a small chance to fish up luminescence.
Unyielding:
Level I: Adds Max Durability and improved repair efficiency.
Level II: Further improved and also negates extra durability loss from bonus items
Swarming:
Level I: Increases odds of fishing up fish from void fishing.
Level II: Further improved odds and when fishing up fish get a stackable buff increasing the odds of catching fish.
Sublety:
Level I: Reduces chance of spawning an angler fish from void fishing and reduces chance of Endermite spawning.
Level II: Further improved and also fishing has a chance to make a lurking Angler Fish lose interest.
Abyssal
Level I: Gives a chance not to consume a charge from an abyssal pool when fishing.
Level II: Bigger chance and also adds a small chance to fish up an
Abyssal Orb which is a consumeable item that creates an Abyssal Pool nearby.
Ender:
Level I: Adds an increased chance of fishing ender pearls and gives a chance to fish up
Ender Gem Fragments.
Level II: Even better odds for Ender Pearls and Ender Gem Fragments and also charges ender gems in the player's inventory while fishing.
Entropy:
Level I: Triggers from runes have a small chance to trigger again (including this one) at the cost of extra durability loss. Increases chance of angler fish spawning while void fishing.
Level II: Increases previous odds and also Warped Crates as rare drop during normal fishing.
Dredging:
Level I: Adds a chance to fish up a thrown experience bottle or a helpful splash potion.
Level II: Increased previous odds and also adds a small chance to fish up a sunken chest, containing helpful overworld loot.
Resonance:
Level I: Adds a chance of fishing up Echo Shards from fishing.
Level II: Beter odds for fishing Echo Shards and also adds a small chance to fish up an
Ancient Crate which has the same loot table as a chest from an Ancient City.
You found a Warped Crate, do you dare to open it? 
Warning: Warped Crates require the curse to be removed first with right clicking before it can be looted, a random effect happens when doing so.
Only found from Abyssal Pools or with the Warped Hook Rune.
Beware for the horrible creature down below..

Using Ender Pearls adds an increased chance for him to notice you from afar. Also Void Fishing has a very small chance each time of spawning an Angler and causing it to slowly stalk you before going in for the kill, be warned...
Void Rifts

These rifts periodically summon Enderman and spread void moss. They last 5 minutes and spawn at night, and do not occur near spawn or player bases. A player can right click to enter the rift, which will place them on a random island out in the Void Ocean. Once the timer finishes, they are ejected out again. Comes with the risk of dying while in the end ofcourse. (An amulet can ofcourse save you).
Serves as mid-game method of temporarily travelling to the end without being able to "rush" the Ender Dragon this way. (Since you teleport far from the dragon island and are only there for a couple of minutes)
You automaticall get teleported out when the timer ends, or you can leave manually.
All of this is configurable and rifts are able to be disabled in the config file.
New rare abyssal pools can spawn next to islands that offer way better void fishing loot until depleted.

Find the Forgotten Forge among the islands..

Place your netherite Tools or Armor on the anvil...

Aquire the requried materials and fill the smelteries...

New Elderman variant that spawns after defeating the Ender Dragon

This variant of the enderman is neutral and is more intelligent. Build up a reputation with the Eldermen by feeding them delicious Warped Fish which acts as bartering. Unlock new artifacts and helpful items through its shop, more items are added the higher your reputation is.

Doing quests for the elderman is a quick way to earn reputation and also earn a new currency...

Spend your new currency in this exclusive shop 

Wisdom Fruit 

Naturally found growing on corrupted trees.
Can be fed to an Enderman to transform them into an Elderman.
Can also be eaten to become smarter for 1.5 minutes which allows you to view what Rune a Runic Altar holds before applying.
Tinkerer's Construct
Deep End provides optional content to those that have TConstruct installed. You can create Voidsteel ingots through the Forgotten Forge and use those in your smeltery to obtain molten VoidSteel.
Defensive Modifier: Ender Ward
Chance on hit to reduce the incoming damage by a flat amount, and also teleport the attacker away a short distance. (Internal CD per mob). Additional levels reduce the cooldown and flat damage reduction.
Tool Modifier: Ender Charge
Using the tool causes a bar to charge, once its full you can press [Z] to fire a free ender pearl and you also receive a speed buff upon landing. Additional levels increase charge gained and speed duration.
A new tool and armor modifier will be added to the Voidsteel material in a future update!
Eye of the Void
A new item that can be found in Warped Crates that can be put on a tool or weapon (including ranged) and costs a passive slot. Once applied, the tool has a chance on hit to teleport the target, deal extra damage and root them in place for a second.
Abyssal Hook
A new passive that can be added to TConstruct Fishing Rods to enable Void Fishing with them.
NEW IN 2.0 - VOID TELEPORTERS

Craft and build your own portals and connect them to your own or your friend's for fast travel. Teleporting requries fuel, which is obtained through crafting Ender Gems and charging them by moving through the new End Ocean.
Developer's Note: The goal of the teleporters is to provide late-game* fast travel options without feeling overpowered like popular mods such as Waystones. The fuel cost "balancing" is meant to be tuned in such a way that it doesnt make the elytra obsolete and where you have to restock every once in a while but not after every teleport.
* Usage before slaying the ender dragon IS technically possible but by no means easy
Portals can also be used to transport named creatures with ease.

One charged Ender Gem adds 100 (configurable) fuel to a Teleporter.


4.0 Legendary Weapons
In the big 4.0 update two legendary weapons were added:
Call of the Void
Every 3rd shot explodes dealing extra damage and damage in an area around the impact. Also has increased draw speed compared to normal bow.
Unlocked through a quest chain starting from purchasing Void-Touched String. ![]()
Gravity Hammer
Attacking deals damage in an area around the impact based on the charge when struck, deals damage in large explosion and also pulls in targets towards the player.
Unlocked through a quest chain staring from purchasing Anchoring Rod. ![]()

What's next?
[24 Jan.]: I hired somebody to update the sprites to: Crates, Luminescence, warped_fish. Planning to add lots of different types of new fishable ender fish! We are also going to work on creating a custom model for the Eldermen and a new texture for the Rift.
