Fixes and optimziations for Fabric servers. (Mostly taken from PaperSpigot)
These patches include, but are not limited to the following:
Fast redstone
Fast explosions
Packet rate limiting
Book size limiting
Fixes for the following Minecraft bugs:
MC-114618, MC-124320, MC-111480, MC-135506, MC-145260, MC-50319, MC-93764, MC-117075

If you have this mod installed, DO NOT REPORT ISSUES TO MOD AUTHORS UNLESS YOU ARE
ABSOLUTELY SURE IT'S THEIR PROBLEM!
All credits of the patches go to the patch author itself, which are available in the mod sources.
The only extra work done was converting them from patches into Mixins, and remapping
names to be used in Fabric.
