added /ohio and ohio armor and sword, also changed the recipe for ohio pickaxe.
Also added the /ohio command that teleports a player to ohio.
ohio portal is now made with reinforced deepslate.
added a new fuel called ohio fuel but it cant be crafted.

this will probably be the last beta
