Release Oh no: Create Utilities v1.6.0:

MAIN CHANGES:
-Added Volcanic Ash item

RECIPE CHANGES:
-Added Volcanic Ash crushing recipe.
-Added Ash (Supplementaries) -> Volcanic Ash compat recipes (Ash + Blaze Powder -> 2x Volcanic Ash).
-Changed Tuff recipe (compacting): Changed Basalt to 4x Volcanic Ash, as it is more logical and realistic.

MISC CHANGES:
-Added Volcanic Ash to Ingredients tab
-Changed Glow Ink bucket creative tab from Ingredients to Tools and Utilities (default tab for fluid buckets)

PATCH:
-Added a mod logo (logoFile)
-Cleaned up mods.toml file
