- fixed recipes that stilll used non existing tags

- fixed some recupes that still used oredict instead of tags

- fixed textures of oedldoedl and quartarium block

- fixed some tooltips

- changed randomite ore now drops slimeballs and eggs from minecraft instead of the tag forge:xxx (ores should not be supposed to drop eggs from ice and fire or pink slimeballs from industrial foregoing)

- cleaned up data folder structure

- cleaned up config structure

- added the ability to disable all "standad" recipes (used for modpacks)
