Octy's More Discs

This mod adds a blank music disc and 23 new music discs.

Features:

• 1 blank disc (crafted with 8 flint and 1 redstone dust)
• 23 custom and craftable music discs
• A /credits command that shows music credits in the chat for the music that need credits
