- Add recipe to convert 4 Obsidian Shards into Fragile Obsidian

- Make the Shattering enchantment a Treasure enchantment, they can still be obtained through Villager trades (will be added to dungeon loot later)

- Change various recipes to use any shard instead of the base shard
