What's new

- Cap Obsidian Shards from shattering and from Fragile Obsidian to 4, even with Fortune

- Add recipe to convert 4 Obsidian Shards into Fragile Obsidian

- Add recipe to smelt Fragile Obsidian into Obsidian blocks

- Make the Shattering enchantment a Treasure enchantment, they can still be obtained through Villager trades (will be added to dungeon loot later)

- Change various recipes to use any shard instead of the base shard
