-Adjusted emerald and obsidians tools being too strong for how easy they are to get
-Added haste potion craftable by brewing a emerald with swiftness potion
-Obsidian tools are strong as diamond but less destroy speed with more durability(1750)
-Emerald tools are strong as iron but less durability(175) and more destroy speed
