- add wolf hunter armor

- fix all hunter armors having the mask visibility component instead of just the helmets
- fix vampires and hunters spawning in peaceful

- fix vampiric daggers being able to have unbreaking or mending
- fix blood barrier and carnage not rendering in form changes
