New Features:

Added coral from vanilla 1.13!

Added the underwater music from vanilla 1.13!

Added cactus tools & armor!

Added three new music discs!

This mod's waterlogging feature now supports any fluid from any mod!

Rewrote the waterlogged block renderer to no longer use a TileEntitySpecialRenderer! (this greatly improves performance when lots of waterlogged blocks are in view)

Palm trees now only generate in mutated desert biomes!

Added blue dye (obtainable via smelting tube coral)!

The perblock config & the water color config each now use biome name ids rather than numerical ids!

Added fluids to the '/getid' command!

Bug Fixes:

Stairs, walls, and fences now behave as they should when waterlogged!

Fixed some waterlogged block lighting issues!

Waterlogged transparent blocks now render!

Fixed some usage issues with bottled milk while in creative!

Fixed NullPointerException when loading the game with some specific mods!

Fixed some of this mod's tools & armor being mislabeled as 'made in anvil'!

Removed small visual cut that occurs when waterlogged blocks flow to a different block!

Added all biomes missing from the water color config by default!

[Vanilla fix] In-game music can no longer play while its sound option is at 0!

Known Issues:

The new waterlogged block renderer doesn't work with Optifine at the moment, although it *may* be possible to work around this via shaders.

Translucent waterlogged blocks in a translucent fluid will render incorrectly when viewed at certain angles. (this is still better than not rendering at all lol)
