(V0.2.0 For NEE) - Enchantment Effects Update
*Final Version (Means this will get a minor update but no major update) Update for 1.12.2
*Added statistics for the enchantment so that it would be easier to see the values and information about a specific enchantment.
*Added particle effects for some enchantments like swifter slashes.
*Natural Blocking max level from III to IV.
*Nerfed Natural Blocking by increasing its enchantability.
*Natural Blocking now works like a shield: Only blocks attack on a certain angle. The angle is the same as the angle wherein the shield can block while held.
*Instability is now a treasure enchantment.
*Fixed some small bugs.
*Darkshadows is no longer compatible with Sol's Blessing.
*Enchantments that are hot are no longer compatible to enchantments that are cold (Freezing to Fiery Edge, etc.)
*Fixed Rune: Magical Blessing from crashing the game that is more frequent if its at low level.
*Subject P.E now adds exhaustion equivalent to its level.
*Weather Enchantments now have their own special effect if their requirements passes (Thunderstorm summons powerful lightning, Rain's Bestowment heals you while its raining,
Winter's Grace increases the user's invulnerability time, Clearsky cancels out any weather at very high chance that depends on its level.)
*Subject Science gained new power, for a certain amount of kills to a certain mob attribute (undead, arthropods, etc.),
you will gain additional looting power (like you have a looting I).
*Disorientation now disorients the rotation yaw and pitch (if level 3 and above) of an entity. Particularly useful if
the victim is a player.
*Freezing no longer creates a griefing frosted ice, instead it now freezes an entity for a short period of time dependent on level,
losing its ai and becoming immune to knockback briefly.
*Began the implementation of max-level mechanic: Enchantments that are in maximum level or above have bonus, secret powerup(I won't tell them but you won't even notice that you are already using it).
