• Fixed rockets not stopping when approaching orbit from below
• Fixed return tickets not teleporting to the previous takeoff if staying in the same dimension
• Fixed third person camera being zoomed in after changing dimensions
• Fixed custom daytime_star_brightness not applying to all dimensions
• Fixed extra stars/planets not rendering during rain on planets without rain
• Fixed planets using no-op renderer being selectable in the telescope
• Added config option to change the visibility of planets and extra stars in the sky
