removed bloodmagic dependency,

added defiled lands as an optional dependency

Add config options to:

disable defiled lands spreading entirely

disable player generated flux

changeflux generation amount and frequency

change the threshold for minimum flux before defilement starts.

 

Fixed: Biomes and blocks actually correctly convert to defiled lands variants now if its installed and the flux goes beyond the threshold.
