Added missing tags to Pam's harvestcraft. Increases mod compatibility (in general) and compatibility with my mod in particular. Also fixes the bug where Pam's crops self-destruct when not hydrated.

Added Pam's trees to the orchard biome. (Correctly tagged crops are automatically added to the chaos biome.)

Added tag to blacklist specific crops from the chaos biome (in addition to the config's block-by-mod).

Expect more compatibility fixes/patches as I move into the tools update. This was primarily worldgen compat.
