Description
An extremely simple mod that makes spawners always have a small chance of breaking after spawning mobs.
A gamerule is introduced, spawnerbreakchance, that by default is at 1000 - the goal is just to make spawners unreliable for the purposes of being infinitely used as a source of experience.
