In this version:
-Added Nuclear Creeper (Rare, novelty mob that can be turned off in config). These mobs have an explosion with a radius 3.3333x greater than normal creepers. They also have low health and have a 3 second explode timer.
-Gave buff to speed for bloodlusted mobs
-Setting mobGriefing rule to false causes entities not to destroy blocks
-Fixed bug where zombies could break excluded blocks like Obsidian by overwriting them while towering up.
-Finished cooloff for zombies breaking and building blocks. Config values should work now.
-Possibly fixed issue where mods that remove Creepers are causing this mod to crash
-Fixed annoying issue where zombies would create deep 1x1 holes in the ground. They should alernate digging down and forward now.
-AllowZombieGriefing config value has been deprecated in favor of allowMobGriefing game rule.
-Ocean surfing config renamed to isEntitiesBounceOnWater. This behavior (entities bouncing on water, skipping around) will be fixed in the future, with this feature defaulting to off. However, it will toggleable if you want an extra challenge. :)

In progress:
Nuclear creepers should play noise when priming.
Feature to have invasions happen every X days.
Feature to have invasions only happen at night.
Feature to allow block breaking by block hardness rather than by a timer.
Port to Minecraft v1.16.5.
Hoglins use siege behavior in nether unless if you're wearing gold (They currently use vanilla AI).
