Minor adjustments and bug fixes

Night Bleeder
- Spawn rate increased (from 1% to 2%)
- Can now only spawn in the Overworld

Vampire Villager
- Can now only spawn in the Overworld

Vampire Bat
- Can now spawn in larger groups (previously 1-2, now 2-6)
- Can now only spawn in the Overworld

Lute
- No longer consumed in Creative mode
- Cooldown increased (9 seconds to use again)
- Now, when the Peace effect ends, the Lute will increase the wearer's strength for 15 seconds

Tusk Arrow
- Level 1 arrow, atrophy effect increased to 23 seconds (and doubled on villagers)

- Level 2 arrow, atrophy effect increased to 15 seconds (and doubled on villagers)

Immunity Arrow
- Name corrected
- Immunity effect duration increased to 1 minute

Immunity Potion

Night-Fall (achievement)
-Description and name updated
-Now the achievement can only be obtained by the player who kills the Night Bleeder with a mace during the night
-Now the achievement grants 100 experience points
