Changes and new features:
Reworks:
Night Bleeder: Skin system updated to avoid visual bugs (also if a blightwing spawns in creative or by commands without having been generated by the transformation of a night bleeder, when activating its revive method, a white night bleeder will appear).
- Health reduced from 50 to 40 points.
- Damage increased from 6 to 7 points.
- The Night Bleeder will now attack Iron Golems.
- New animations: attack, idle, run, cast, and bite.
- Visual adjustments and improvements to your summoning/cast ability
- Now has an improved dash system with a distance meter and environment check: If the Night Bleeder is 12 blocks away from its target or less, it can use dash skill to reach it. These include:
- If the Night Bleeder is in front of you, it will dash (short or long depending on its running speed) to reach you.
- If the Night Bleeder is 1 or 2 blocks below you, it will jump to reach you.
- If the Night Bleeder is in water, it will perform a short dash to reach you.
- If the Night Bleeder is 14 blocks away from its target or more, it will gain speed effect, but will not be able to use the dash skill.
Blightwing:
- The hitbox has been adjusted and reduced (before are the same size as a player).
- now it plays a special flapping sound if it's near a player.
New Features:
(Entities)
Vampire Villagers: are neutral mobs that can appear at night or if a villager dies while infected by atrophy; Just like the villagers, their skin depends on the biome they spawn.
- They function similarly to the Night Bleeder, but have less health and damage, cannot summon bats, and their dashes are shorter. You can cure them by feeding them an Immunity Potion or hitting them with an Immunity Arrow (but they don't like it).
- Vampire Villagers have a hunger system that determines their aggression. They can calm down by killing a mob or by feeding them a raw beef.
- ................................................................................................................................................................................
- Vampire Villagers have four professions, which you can obtain by giving them different blocks:
-Alchemist: Obtained by giving a Vampire Villager a Brewing Stand. They sell alchemy-related items, and as a special trade, they can sell you an Immunity Potion.
-Slaughter: Obtained by giving a Vampire Villager a Smoker. They buy certain Reds food items; as a special trade, can sell you dried meat, a new item for the mod.
-Chronicler: Obtained by giving a vampire villager a Chiseled Bookshelf. Buys items related to writing and history. As a special trade, they can sell you a Cursed Card, a new item for the mod.
-Bard: Obtained by giving a vampire villager a Note Block. Buys music discs. As a special trade, they sell a Lute, a new item for the mod.
(Items)
- Dried Meat: This food possesses a remnant of vampiric power. When eaten, it can instantly heal you for 1 to 3 hearts of health (if it is night or there is a full moon, you are more likely to recover more health).
- Cursed Card: An arcane tarot item. It allows you to dash as a vampire when used. It has 64 uses (it has a passive ability that rarely grants speed simply by holding the card in either hand without using it). It has a cooldown between uses.
- Lute: A musical instrument that, when used, can calm nearby creatures for 3-4 seconds and grant night vision for 20 seconds. It has a cooldown between uses.
- Tusk arrow (Level 1): Allows you to infect other mobs with level 1 atrophy. You can craft it at the Fletching table.
- Tusk Arrow (Level 2): Deals more damage and allows you to infect other mobs with level 2 atrophy. It can sometimes be obtained as a rare drop by crafting level 1 Fang Arrows.
- Immunity Arrow: Allows you to cure mobs of the atrophy effect. You can also cure vampire villagers, turning them back into normal villagers, by shooting them with these arrows. If it hits a zombie, skeleton, or nightbleeder, they will burn; You can craft it at the Fletching table.
-Music Disc Nightfall: Music by Light Plague. I was actually working on making a unique Disc for the mod, but after many attempts, none of them convinced me, until this video came up in my YouTube recommendations and I loved it.
(Blocks)
Fletching table (Vanilla): can now be used to make fang arrows and immunity arrows; you just need to have the materials in your hands (left and right or vice versa) and click on them at the table.
Features removed:
-Removed residual items from the immunity potion that could only be obtained in creative mode.
