Changes:

- Dispensers no longer dispense plants, ladders, and scaffolding normally if they can't place them.

- Poles can now be used as furnace fuel.

 

Fixes:

- Fixed poles being nonflammable.

- Fixed poles not dropping themselves when broken.

- Fixed dispensers not being able to plant nether wart and kelp.

- Fixed dispensers not being able to use fertilizer.

- Fixed dispenser bamboo planting not respecting the config.

- Fixed gold buttons not being washed away by water.
