First Modded release of New Lodestone Recipe for 1.21.1-1.21.4

In Snapshot 25w02a (upcoming 1.21.5) Mojang changed the lodestone recipe by replacing the netherite ingot with an iron ingot, this mod does that exact same thing but for previous versions of Minecraft
