New Fantasy Additions

List of changes:
1. Crossbows have been added. (They are partially incompatible with the RL version of Dragon Steel);
2. The logic for registering bows has been refined;
4. Some textures have been refined;
5. New Bauble artefacts added;
6. Valkyrie Charm is now a Bauble, rather than a regular item;
7. A bottle of milk added;
8. End biome generation has been fixed;
9. (Hopefully) Fixed worldgen lag when moving very quickly in the End;
10. Fixed the generation of certain structures;
