Fix and improvement update

Worldgen

- Foxfire Swamp is now able to spawn soggy wart patches

Blocks and Items

- Walls and Fences won't connect to other walls and fences that can't connect back to them

- Added own spawn eggs, since some users didn't have them registered, they are in my item creative tab

Entities

- Mob spawning is registered to run later, this will fix spawning errors some people had

- Piglin should now be able to be spawned on Servers running specific software

- Zombified Piglin won't spawn in Warped Forest

- Zombified Piglin will now attack Piglin more efficient, wanting to hit them in melee range even with a bow 

Configuration

- Added config option to change the spawn speed of Entities in Soul Sand Valley and Warped Forest

- Added config option to change spawn weight of Entities that spawn in biomes

- Changed config option of the spawn weight of nether fortress Entities
