Fixed bug where armor would be destroyed by lava.
Added knockback resistance to armor.
Added most mineral dictionaries.
Instead of using an anvil, use the Smithing Table unique to this mod to upgrade gear.
Added most of the vanilla sound effects.
The achievement system has not been completed yet, so stay tuned.
