1. Change how Loot Tables work (Now you can see it in Just Enough Resources)

- Note: This is Hard-coded? Why?

- The Ancient City Loot is not displayed by the mod

2. Added Configs Client and Common config file

- Enable/Disable that Horse Armors spawn in chests

- Enable/Disable Tooltips

- You can turn off and on which Loot Table do you want

- Added Vanilla Horse Armor Tooltips

4. Reduced the protection of

- Gilded Netherite Horse Armor from 16 to 15

- Gilded Enderite Horse Armor from 18 to 17

5. Added tags for 

- Enderite CJ Edition

- Gilded Netherite CJ Edition

6. Added Advancement for Enderite Horse Armor
