• Added the ability to repair Fiery Gold Armor/Tools with Fiery Gold Ingots in an anvil
• Support for Tips, adding 3 tips (Tips mod is only required for this function, not needed to use the mod)

• Fixed #1 - Moved Ore Generation from preInit to init as recommended by forge

• Halved chance of fiery gold dust dropping
• Increased chance of Nether Gold Ore spawning

• Now Nether Gold Ore actually spawns - Oops.....
• Now either gold nuggets OR fiery gold dust drops. Not both at the same time.
• Now config option "Rare Drop Chance" actually works
