Reworked the Nether Ores.

 

This no longer functions like the Nether Ores mod, and is now more consistent with Vanilla.

Gold and Iron can now be directly smelted into 2 ingots.

Other ores now drop like the vanilla counterpart with a "nether" bonus (effectively + base drop count).

 

Added Mantle as a dependency.

Added forge update checker.
