A mod that adds in ice ingots and a new mob, the Snow Ghost, which only spawns in snowy biomes

This is a small mod that requires FloofLib to run. It adds in a new mob, a new armor set, and a new toolset. THIS MOD IS STILL NOT FINISHED! Don't complain about things not working as intended, as I am still working on things and adding new ones.
