Added the ability to place wood fence blocks on slabs.

 

Added number of additional snow features as well as configuration options:

-Can snow land on slab/stair blocks

-Can snow accumulate in multiple layers

-Snow soft landing feature. (Landing on snow will reduce damage based on the number of snow layers)

-The ability to control the ration for how much damage is prevented by each layer of snow.

 

Fixed tint issue on upper grass slabs side.
