Nation Wars 0.6.0 - The Overhaul Update
This update brings a unified in-game interface to Nation Wars, making it easier to manage your nation without repeatedly typing commands. It also introduces player market requests, delegated member permissions, persistent notifications and several fixes.
A unified in-game dashboard
- Open the dashboard with N or /nation.
- Switch between sections while keeping the same dashboard window and category sidebar.
- Access Nation & Members, Diplomacy, War & Peace, Espionage, Market, Requests, Nation Trade, Puppets, Territory & Treasury, Doctrines and the nation directory.
- View live nation statistics and use shortcuts for actions such as claiming your current chunk, depositing money and upgrading your nation.
- Search relevant lists, check timers and review confirmation screens before completing important actions.
- Existing commands remain available for players who prefer using them.
Nation and member management
- Create a nation through the interface, enter its name and browse doctrine descriptions.
- View your members and their online status, invite players and manage outgoing and incoming invitations.
- See invitation expiry timers and choose your nation’s joining policy.
- Owners can assign individual member permissions for invitations, alliance management, guarantees, truces, nation trade, wars, peace negotiations and puppet management.
- All ten permission options include hover descriptions explaining what they allow. Existing ownership restrictions and action requirements still apply.
Diplomacy, war and peace
- Manage alliance creation, invitations and membership through the dashboard.
- View incoming and outgoing guarantees.
- Send, accept, reject and renew truce offers, with countdowns showing their remaining duration.
- Access war information, peace negotiations and related actions from the same interface.
- Peace deals now support recurring payments per ten-minute income cycle.
- Improved peace-deal decrease controls and gave the two banner actions distinct icons.
- Guarantors receive defence invitations when a war actually becomes active.
- Puppet masters immediately join the defending side when their puppet is attacked.
Market Requests and offers
- Post requests for items you want to buy, using an item picker.
- Requests display the requester’s player head and the requested item.
- Other players can submit offers, which the requester can accept or reject.
- Sellers can withdraw their offers, and requesters can cancel requests.
- Offered items are held in escrow while an offer is pending, keeping them reserved for the trade.
- Accepting an offer automatically processes payment using the existing market doctrine adjustments.
- Purchased items and returned offers go to Collection and remain there until explicitly collected.
- Collection supports offline returns, with completion messages and login reminders.
- Added persistent transfer tracking and restart recovery to protect items during interrupted transactions.
Espionage and other management screens
- Added dashboard panels for espionage, puppets, territory and treasury management.
- Updated presentations for market listings, nation trades, peace deals, doctrine browsing and spy mission selection.
- Added a spy claim-selection map showing block-centre coordinates and capital labels.
- Added current-location claim and upgrade quotes so you can review the cost before acting.
- Doctrine browsing shows whether a doctrine is currently available for selection.
Notifications and server controls
- Added persistent notification history with separate read status for each member.
- Pending-activity indicators help draw attention to invitations, offers and other actions awaiting a response.
- Expanded acceptance and rejection notifications.
- Added a global claim-protection switch and multipliers for capture and war-justification times.
Fixes and interface improvements
- Fixed headings, search boxes, buttons and text being cut off at different window sizes and Minecraft GUI scales.
- Fixed player invitations sent through the interface to use the correct online player name.
- Captured capitals now retain their original location throughout occupation and server restarts.
- Fixed menu pickers rejecting valid identifiers containing underscores or hyphens.
- Improved sidebar spacing, tooltips and translated labels.
- Corrected doctrine wording.
- Added and updated interface text in English, Romanian, Spanish and Polish.
Not yet available
- Civil-war navigation is reserved but disabled.
- The nation-trade score display remains unavailable; the planned score-to-independence calculation is not included in this release.
