  - Reduced standard claim capture time to 50 seconds.
  - Updated Germany:
    - Blitzkrieg now reduces capture time by 15 seconds.
    - Gleiwitz Incident reduces war justification time by 40 seconds.
    - 1945 now makes Germany lose 40% of land after surrendering.
  - Updated France:
    - The Maginot Line now makes French land take 25 seconds longer to capture.
    - White Flag now makes France lose 15% of land after surrendering.
    - Replaced Decolonisation with No War Support, which triples maintenance while France is the main attacker in an active war.
  - Updated Romania:
    - Added Flexible Foreign Policy, increasing enemy justification time by 30 seconds.
    - King Michael's Coup can now be used once per enemy ideology.
    - Renamed The Iron Guard to Iron Guard.
    - Iron Guard now raises maintenance by 0.1x after losing a core claim.
    - Carol II Lifestyle stops draining the treasury after all ideology war leaves are used.
