This is a fix-focused update for the 0.1.8 UI and war systems.

Fixes

  • Fixed build and mining rewards being paid before other protection checks could cancel the action.
  • Kept early war-access handling so attacking players can still interact in enemy war claims.
  • Fixed city income claims staying active after a chunk was unclaimed, bought, captured, or lost to failed maintenance.
  • Added world-data cleanup for stale city claims, orphaned claims, and missing player-to-nation links on load.
  • Added cleanup for malformed stored claim IDs inside claims, captured-claim tracking, and peace deals.
  • Fixed war justification being able to overwrite an existing justification or pending war declaration.
  • Fixed /war declare giving confusing behavior if the war was already active or waiting for defender response.
  • Fixed invalid market listing seller data from crashing a purchase path.
  • Fixed invalid stored spy mission player IDs from repeating errors every server tick.
  • Reduced due spy mission checks to once per second instead of every server tick.
  • Made OPAC claim syncing skip one bad claim entry instead of risking the whole sync pass.

This update should be safer for multiplayer testing without changing the main balance or adding new gameplay systems.
