NationWars 0.1.2 alpha update. Changes: - Added a chest-style peace deal UI for /peace. - Peace deals can demand/offer border claims and nation treasury money. - Peace deals can request captured claims to be returned. - Fixed Open Parties and Claims coordinate mirroring so Xaero overlays line up with real chunks. - Added automatic OPAC claim sync after server startup and when players join. - Keeps /nation syncopac as an admin repair command.
