Nanoh's Additional Enchants v1.0.1

Added:
- Big Stepper - Boots Enchant - 2 levels. Adds additional step height to the player.
- Lucky Looter - Weapon Enchant - Adds Lucky II potion effect when equipping weapon with this enchant
- Rebound - Shield - Has a chance to reflect half of the damage your shield blocks up to 15 max when blocking
- Frozen Arrows - Bow - Chance to add slowness to mobs struck by arrows from this bow.
